One Team. Every High-Stakes Human Situation

Workplace violence prevention, de-escalation, crisis intervention, active threat response, veteran cultural competency, threat assessment and management, and scenario-based simulation aren't separate products to us — they're one discipline, taught by instructors with real operational experience in law enforcement, the military, and crisis psychology. Most organizations start with one program and expand into others as new risks surface.

Workplace Violence Prevention

Workplace Violence Prevention training prepares staff and leadership to recognize warning signs, respond to escalating incidents, and meet California's SB 553 requirements for interactive, knowledgeable-person-led training

Emergency Preparedness

Emergency Preparedness training prepares your team to respond effectively during natural disasters or major business disruptions, including what to expect from first responders and how to keep operations running until help arrives.

Active Threat Response

Active Threat Response training gives employees clear, practiced steps to survive and respond during an active violence event, building on nationally recognized response frameworks.

Crisis Response Involving Veteran & Military

This training helps organizations understand and appropriately support veteran and military-connected individuals in crisis, drawing on real cross-agency experience working with this population."

Field Risk Management

Field Risk Management helps organizations identify and reduce operational risk before it becomes an incident, from site vulnerabilities to policy and procedure gaps.

Crisis Intervention & Stabilization

Crisis Intervention & Stabilization training gives frontline staff a structured way to de-escalate someone in acute emotional or psychological crisis before the situation requires law enforcement or emergency response.

Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM)

Threat Assessment and Management identifies individuals on a pathway to targeted violence and helps organizations intervene before a situation escalates — for schools, businesses, and government entities. It's the same logic as insurance: you put it in place hoping you never need it, but it has to exist before a problem shows up, not after. We routinely handle sensitive, individualized cases that a standard training course isn't built to address. This can be accomplished through direct consultation, case management support, or organizational policy development.
